Territori Sensibili is a two-year project that promotes youth protagonism and intergenerational collaboration in the Valtiberina region (between Umbria and Tuscany). It uses culture as a tool for social transformation, bringing together young people (16–28 years old), artists, educators, public and private actors to co-create opportunities for regeneration, sustainability, and dialogue.
I was responsible for creating the visual identity, starting from the concept phase. The logo is built around abstract, modular shapes — a flexible system representing the different voices, ideas, and energies coming together to transform the territory. The color palette draws from the landscape of the Valtiberina: sunrise yellows, river blues, forest greens, and warm sunset tones, embodying youth energy, connection, and growth.

Later, I developed the graphics for one of the project’s key activities: Festival dei Territori Sensibili. For the festival, the abstract shapes of the main logo evolved into fluid human figures — characters that meet, collaborate, and create. This playful visual language turned the identity into a narrative: a community of individuals discovering, learning, and building together.
The result is a cohesive yet dynamic identity system that can grow with the project, remaining open and inclusive while celebrating creativity and participation.
